Our 3D milling machines are among the most advanced systems of their kind: CNC-controlled robots with seven axes and a rotating worktable enable operations that set new standards in terms of flexibility and accuracy. This allows even complex geometries and free-form surfaces to be precisely machined from a single piece – without re-clamping, without compromising on dimensional accuracy and, above all, without material loss.

The fully automated, software-driven control system guarantees absolute repeatability and enables workpieces to be milled with maximum efficiency. Whether in series production or as one-off, items, this results in perfect surfaces, clean edges and shapes accurate to the millimetre. Whatever we do, it's aesthetically pleasing and technically precise.

Thanks to state-of-the-art CNC technology, there are virtually no limits to creativity with Maaß & Miszler milling. We mill large-scale table tops with intricate engravings or three-dimensional structures that lend furniture and architectural surfaces a distinctive depth. Whether smooth lines or organic forms – every contour is created with millimetre precision based on a digital template. This means that even intricate reliefs, logos, patterns or photographic templates can be realised directly in wood or plastic.
