The collaboration between the two began many years before the founding of Maaß & Miszler Fräsen. Together, they worked with KUKA robots in the automotive industry and came to appreciate each other—both personally and professionally—for their deep understanding of control systems, precision, and automated processes. Since May 2023, they have continued this path together as founders and colleagues.
Although their technical expertise in robotic milling can be applied to a wide range of materials, both are particularly passionate about wood. In their private lives, they have long been engaged in woodworking. The positive effect of wood on people, its natural beauty, and its sustainable qualities are what fascinate them. From this mindset, the desire emerged to combine professional experience with personal interest.
